The service of thanksgiving for the life of Stephen John Harris who passed away peacefully 30th September 2005 aged 43 years. "FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS" took place at 1.30pm, Friday 7th October 2005 COMBE MARTIN PARISH CHURCH.
The service was conducted by the Reverend Keith Wyer, followed by Cremation at Barnstable 3.00pm. John and Jean Harris wish to thank you all for your support and kind thoughts on the loss of their much loved son STEPHEN. Afterwards we were invited back to the Top George Inn, Combe Martin.

Pooh was given a truley magnificent send off by family and friends and those that were unable to attend sent their condolences to John and Jean. At the Top George (Couchie) Phil Couch, (Sammy) John Mcillre, (Woody) Phil Woods, (Wiggy) Garry Wiggan, (Cardboard) Dave Byles, (Eddy) Mark Cooper and myself played and sung for a large part of the late afternoon and evening along with family members and Pooh's friends from the village. We also spoke to (Curly) Nigel Hoadly's sister who lives in the village and (Curly) bought us a round. Jean and John then extended their gratitude more than ever and not only gave us a roof over our heads and food, but tea in BED THE NEXT MORNING. Pooh was given a very good send off by us all and will sadly be missed. "WE WILL REMEMBER THEM"
Donations to the North Devon Hospice Care Trust.
